Higher Level Clothing

We process and ship orders with care and intention. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48–72 business hours.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Processing time does not include transit time.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Higher Level Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Higher Level Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
