We want you to love what you wear. Every piece is handled, inspected, and packed with intention before it ships. Because Higher Level Clothing operates in small batches with limited quantities, we ask that you review the information below carefully before placing your order.

We review return requests on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

All approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, odor, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Sizing
Each product page includes a product-specific size chart. Please review measurements carefully before ordering.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage reaching out before placing your order — we’re happy to help.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Chargebacks & Fraud
We take fraud and chargebacks seriously. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Any disputes filed after confirmed delivery may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
